Bucket Elevator Classification
– Belt Bucket Elevator
– The pulling element is the belt.
Advantages: smooth running, low noise, easy maintenance, suitable for conveying lighter materials.
Scope of application: suitable for conveying granular and powdery materials, such as grain, fertilizer, cement, sand and so on.
Disadvantages: Limited carrying capacity, can not lift high temperature or sharp materials.
– Ring chain bucket elevator
– The traction element is ring chain.
Advantages: wear-resistant, high tensile strength, suitable for lifting high temperature or abrasive materials.
Scope of application: suitable for conveying heavy or high temperature materials such as ore, coal, cement clinker.
Disadvantages: may produce high noise when running.
– Plate chain bucket elevator
– The traction element is plate chain.
Advantages: strong carrying capacity, suitable for large flow, high head material transportation.
Scope of application: suitable for conveying large lump or high temperature materials, such as ore, slag, cement clinker, etc..
Disadvantages: Higher cost of chain and driving part.

Summary:
● NE Plate Chain Bucket Elevator, the dustpan is thickly arranged, the lifting height is large, the conveying efficiency is high, the operation is not slippery, the backstop is installed to protect the equipment from overload, the failure rate is low, inflow feeding, gravity discharging, for the materials that are not easy to flow need special improvement of the discharge port position.
●TH/HL Ring Chain Bucket Elevator, large dustpan spacing, high linear speed, emptying type feeding, high filling coefficient of dustpan, centrifugal throwing type discharging, the requirement of material mobility is lower than that of NE Plate Chain Elevator, for materials with different mobility, the dustpan is divided into shallow hopper and deep hopper, and it can convey stones of >100mm.
●DTG Belt Bucket Elevator: Dustpan spacing is large, higher linear speed, hollowing feeding or inflow feeding, centrifugal throwing type discharging, small external dimension, good sealing, low price.
In dry mortar production line and wall putty manufacturing machine, if lifting dry sand, we recommend NE series bucket elevator, if lifting cement or heavy calcium and other powders, we recommend using DTG belt bucket elevator, if lifting gypsum powder, we recommend TH/HL chain bucket elevator.
