Thermal insulation mortar is a special kind of mortar in construction engineering, which is used to bond external wall insulation materials and thermal insulation layer outside the smear surface, to implement building energy saving, and realize the goal of building thermal insulation, warm in winter and cool in summer. Understanding from the thermal insulation process, firstly, polystyrene board, rock wool board, or extruded polystyrene board is used on the exterior wall of the building, and then expansion rivets with fiber mesh cloth are used to bond it to the exterior wall. Then use anti-cracking mortar for plastering, the insulation layer expansion nail anchor, and then the mesh cloth plastered on the outside of the insulation layer. The final process is to putty plus paint, or putty plus real stone paint on the exterior wall to complete the whole project.
Bonding mortar and anti-cracking mortar are used for base layer bonding and top layer covering respectively, and they are both referred to as thermal insulation mortars, which can also be referred to as polymer mortars.
The bonding mortar formulation process includes cement, sand, calcium hydroxide (also known as gray calcium), cellulose ether (HPMC), and redospersoble polymer powder (VAE). Of these, the adhesion and firmness of the bonding mortar is an important review criterion.
Anti-cracking mortar, also known as insulating mortar topping or smoothing mortar, is formulated with a process that includes cement, sand, calcium carbonate heavy, calcium ash/calcium hydroxide, cellulose ether (HPMC), re-dispersible latex powder (VAE), and polypropylene staple fibers (approximately 10 mm).
Anti-cracking mortar is mainly used as an external finish for insulation, where the tensile strength and crack resistance of the mortar are enhanced by the addition of polypropylene staple fibers. The addition of calcium gray helps to increase the early setting rate to prevent exterior construction from encountering rain, for example.
Insulation mortar equipment, bonded mortar equipment, insulation mortar production line, and anti-cracking mortar production line can be used in different models according to production capacity and process formula. In the above formula, insulation mortar equipment is equivalent to dry mortar equipment, dry mortar production line, dry mortar production line, and dry mortar equipment.
