Dry Mix Plant (stepped Type + Loading Spouts + Bagging 40-60T/H)

Dry Mix Plant & dry mix mortar mixer with step structure units: cement silo, finished product silo, bucket elevator, plow mixers or gravity-free mixer, weighing and batching system, automatic control system, screw conveyor, telescopic loading spout, and valve bag fillers.
Features of the large-scale fully automatic dry mortar production line: With a production capacity ranging from 20 to 100 tons per hour, the valve bag filling machine is added based on a bulk loading system, thus satisfying both bulk and bagging requirements. Customers may also require a dry mortar bulk truck and a removable dry mortar silo.

Dry Mix Plant Introduction
The unit is mainly for bulk mortar, with two valve bag fillers, purchasing dry sand (dried + screened finished dry sand), using NE type bucket elevator, lifting to the dry sand silo, three cement silos, set on the side of the unit, and the other two finished mortar silos are set on the opposite side of the dry sand silo.
The dry sand passes through the bucket elevator and the two-position distributor —- into the corresponding silos.
The different types of cement are conveyed into the corresponding silos by pneumatic conveying on trucks.
Sand measuring hopper and powder measuring hopper are installed on the top platform of the unit.
The mixer is installed on the next platform.
The buffer hopper and U-type screw conveyor are installed on the next level.
The finished mortar is transported to the finished material bucket elevator through the U-type screw conveyor.
The finished product enters into the corresponding finished product silo.

Two valve bag fillers are set up next to the finished product silo cylinder, and part of the bagged mortar is packaged at this location.

Design elements:
1 Silo: storage of cement, powder materials of heavy calcium, dry sand and mortar silo, material and discharge height specialisation.




2 Bucket elevator: choose NE series plate chain elevator, not DTG series.


3 Mixer: Dual Axis Gravity Free Mixer orPlough Shear Mixer




4 buffer hopper: the installation of arch-breaking devices and material level sensors to prevent arching, material level to the control system to allow the mixer to unload the signal


5 Screw conveyor: convey dry sand screw conveyor choose special design, improve wear resistance, installation inclination can not be too big.


6 Dust collector: choose to install with each dust collection point, rather than using piping to connect all the dust collection points together.
7 Telescopic bulk port: with dust cover and dust collector


8 Valve port filling machine: make mortar products using air floatation type instead of impeller type


9 automatic dosage system: plc programming + weighing module, using famous brand electrical components, a full set of control system must be in line with the logic of this equipment.


10 mobile silo: dry mortar transported to the construction site, you need to use the vehicle pneumatic conveying, dry mortar will be transported to these silos, silo below the installation of wet mixer, mobile silo installed load cell and wireless transmitter, connected to the dry mortar plant scheduling department.
