INTRODUCTION TO DRY MIX MORTAR PLANT干混砂浆厂介绍
Dry Mix Mortar Plant to bulk mortar-based, three telescopic loading spout , (two of them are installed in the finished product silo barrel below, the other in the unit directly below), dry mortar plant in addition to the installation of two valve bag fillers. (to provide the need for bagged mortar)
Two dry sand silos, dry sand (drying + screening of the finished dry sand), the use of NE type bucket elevator, lifting to the dry sand silo, three cement silos, set on the side of the unit, the other two finished mortar silos set in the dry sand silo opposite.
The dry sand passes through the bucket elevator and the two-position distributor — into the corresponding silos.(Storage ofdry sand)
Different types ofcement are conveyed by pneumatic conveyor – into the corresponding silos (Storage of cement)
The introduction ofeach level of the Dry Mix Mortar Plant : the unit has 5 levels, the top leve is equipped with dry sand waiting hopper, and additives waiting hopper, (additives are lifted to the top platform using an industrial elevator)
The next level is set up with dry sand metering hopper, powder metering hopper, additive me.
tering hopper, automatic batching is done at this level.
The next level set up mixer,(Plough Shear Mixer or Dual Axis Gravity Free Mixer ) mortar mixing completed at this level.
The next level is set up with product buffer hopper and distributor, telescopic loading spout, U-type screw convevor, the finished mortar can be directly unloaded into the telescopic loading spout, or unloaded into the U-type screw conveyor —– pushed to the finished product bucket elevator ..– elevated to 2 finished product silo drums (finished product silo drums under the installation ofthe telescopic loading spout) —- bulk transport truck —–construction sites
The next floor is the ground foor, the waiting floor for bulk carriers —- bulk carriers —-construction site
Two valve bag fillers are installed next to the finished silo cylinder, and part of the bagged mortar is packed in this position.
干混砂浆厂以散装砂浆为主,有三个伸缩式装料溜槽,(其中两个安装在成品筒仓桶体下方,另一个安装在机组正下方),干混砂浆厂除此之外还安装两个阀门袋式填料。(to提供袋装砂浆的需要)
干砂仓2座,干砂(烘干+筛分的成品干砂),采用NE型斗式提升机,提升至干砂筒仓,水泥仓3座,设置在机组一侧,另外2座成品砂浆仓设置在干砂筒仓对面。
干砂通过斗式提升机和双位分配器进入相应的筒仓。(干砂储存)
不同类型的水泥由气力输送机输送到相应的筒仓(水泥储存)
干混砂浆厂各层介绍:本机组共5层,顶层设有干砂等待料斗、添加剂等待料斗,(添加剂由工业电梯提升至顶层平台)
下一级设置有干砂计量斗、粉料计量斗、添加剂计量斗。
在这一层进行自动加料。
下一级设置搅拌机,(犁式剪切搅拌机或双轴无重力搅拌机)砂浆搅拌在该级完成。
下一级设有产品缓冲料斗及分配器、伸缩式上料口、U型螺旋输送机,成品砂浆可直接卸入伸缩式上料口,也可卸入U型螺旋输送机-推至成品斗式提升机。高架至2个成品筒仓桶(成品筒仓桶下安装伸缩式装料溜槽)-散装运输车-建筑工地
下一层为底层,散货船候船层-散货船-工地
两个阀门袋填料安装在成品筒仓筒体旁边,部分袋装砂浆在此位置包装。
