2. Construction Methods
1) Grass-roots treatment
Clean up the grass-roots level to ensure that the waterproofing mortar and the grass-roots level are closely combined. Clean up the surface dust, dirt, use fire alkaline water to brush the oil, and then rinse with water. Repair defects, wet the wall to prevent mortar and wall bonding is not strong.
2）Hanging net construction
Hanging mesh to prevent cracks caused by shrinkage differences between different materials, using 21 lines of galvanized steel wire mesh, nailed into the wall at 400 × 400 spacing.
3）Vertical set square to find the rules, set the standard tendon
Check the verticality of the wall surface with the bracket board, and set the gray cake to ensure the uniform thickness of the plaster.
4）Waterproof mortar construction
Wipe the mortar layer by layer, add waterproofing powder, pay attention to control the thickness of the plaster layer to prevent hollow drums and cracking.
5）Processing of special parts
Waterproof layer should be left stepped back stubble, yin and Yang angle made of rounded corners, to ensure that the waterproof layer is complete and seamless.
(6) waterproof mortar maintenance
After wiping the mortar 8 to 12 hours, a small amount of water spraying maintenance, to maintain a wet state for more than 14 days to prevent shrinkage cracks.
