The working principle of the ultrasonic valve mouth packaging machine includes material loading, metering, filling, sealing, discharging and other steps. Ultrasonic technology is used for sealing, and the microcomputer controller monitors the entire process and can adjust parameters such as packaging speed and weight. Equipped with dust-proof system and automatic cleaning device to protect the operating environment and personnel health.

1):High Efficiency

Compared with other packaging machines that require heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing technology is used. Compared with traditional heat sealing or cold sealing technology, its sealing speed is faster. It can usually complete sealing in 1-3 seconds, which greatly improves production efficiency. Please note that the speed is twice as low compared to traditional self-sealing packaging machines.

The ultrasonic valve bag packaging machine uses ultrasonic sealing technology, which does not require direct contact with the bag when sealing.
