Dust Collection System

Pulse dust collector, pulse bag filter, pulse jet baghouse, and baghouse dust collector are all the same despite their different names. Dedusting systems are applied in dry powder building material production lines, such as dry mortar production lines, dry mix mortar plants, dry mortar mixing plants, tile adhesive manufacturing plants, tile adhesive production lines, wall putty manufacturing plants, wall putty manufacturing machines, and so on.

According to the way of dust removal, it can be divided into offline pulse dust collectors and online pulse dust collectors. In the production line of river sand dryers, cyclone dust collectors and offline pulse dust collectors are used, which have large handling capacity and high efficiency.

In the dry mixing production line, we propose the use of ‘multi-point dust removal’, that is, the micro-pulse dust collector is installed in the raw material feeding port, the mixer vent, and the top of each silo, this design layout achieves a more concise production line, high dust removal efficiency and low energy consumption.
