When the crossed double-axis paddles are working, the relative reverse rotation of the double-axis drives the paddles at different angles to turn the materials along the axial and radial circulation, and the materials are thrown up in weightlessness (i.e., gravity-free) under the action of high linear velocity and then fall down, and the materials are thrown up and fall down to achieve uniformity of the material cross-mixing. This mixer has three functions turning, circulating, and shearing at the same time, and the mixing time is 90-120 seconds. The discharge port is divided into large open door type and small open door type, and the large open door type is fast and without residue. The paddles are made of wear-resistant material, which prolongs the service life. It is worth mentioning that the double output reducer makes the double shaft gravityless mixer work more stable.

Pough mixer and Plough Shear Mixer: The working principle is that the plough blade does a circular motion. The material is diverted in two directions by the plow blade surface to form a two-way material flow, and the two sides of the plow blade divert the material to cross each other to form a convection. The materials are sheared and thrown when passing through the high-speed fly cutter blades, to achieve uniform mixing in a relatively short period. The mixing precision of this machine is high, and no segregation occurs when mixing, especially for the materials that are easy to agglomerate and can play the role of deagglomeration and dispersion.
Plough mixer/plough shear mixer is suitable for dry mortar production line, dry mix plant, dry mortar mixing plant, tile adhesive manufacturing plant, tile adhesive production line.
Compared to horizontal dual axis gravity free mixer, plough mixer highlights more abrasion resistance, but with higher mixing time and lower efficiency.

Horizontal ribbon mixer is mainly used for mixing powder and powder, powder and liquid. The continuous mixer is used in building materials, glass, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, thermal insulation, thermal insulation materials, metallurgy, mining, and paper-making industries.
Applicable materials are thickening powder, fly ash humidification, feed particle manufacturing, glass, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, bentonite, and cement concrete.
The mixing method of a continuous mixer is that different materials are continuously fed into the equipment according to the set proportion, and the residence time of the materials in the cylinder is controlled by adjusting the speed of the conveying equipment, the rotating speed of the mixer and the speed of discharging materials, to achieve the ideal mixing effect under the action of the mixing parts and continuous discharging of materials.
The continuous mixer is applied in the large-scale energy efficient dry mortar production line, dry mix mortar plant, dry mortar mixing plant, tile adhesive manufacturing plant, tile adhesive production line: auxiliary chemical raw materials, cement or fly ash, and other main fillers are premixed first, as a diluted auxiliary chemical raw materials additives. The dynamic weighing and metering system is used in conjunction with a continuous mixer, whereby the other main fillers such as cement, dry sand, fly ash, etc. are discharged and mixed simultaneously with the diluted and pre-mixed chemical additives by a set hourly discharge quantity.
