Automatic batching wall putty manufacturing machine & wall putty manufacturing plant: 30-40 tonnes per hour output. Its step structure has the screw conveyor (instead of bucket conveyor), calcium hydroxide silo, calcium carbonate silo, white cement silos, gypsum powder silos, double-axis paddle gravity-free mixer or ribbon blender, automatic batching systems, valve bag fillers, and central control rooms.
10-15T/H wall putty making machine: the step layout requires workshop height of about 7 meters. The 10-15T/H front putty making machine is more suitable for bagged raw materials to be fed directly from the feeding port than the automatic batching wall putty manufacturing machine, which does not have a variety of raw material silos and automatic dosing systems. The wall putty making machine mainly includes: bucket conveyor, Ribbon blender or gravity-free mixer, buffer hopper, and valve bag filling machine.
